Got on office tonight to find this guy trolling two of my good friends. After looking through 3000 pages to figure out the context, I found his last appeal, which I wish I'd come across a lot sooner:

This isn't the only place where you've gotten bans for this kind of stuff... A simple search on your steam_id shows large quantities of bans from other communities. You should've known better by now.

He trolling them on Dust2, then followed them to Office where he continued trolling them. I would so love to give him the hammer, but both servers are out of my jurisdiction. Pretty sure Bison permanently silenced this guy a while ago. I noticed that he was unsilenced, but since he didn't break any rules, I declined to pursue the matter.
I wonder who decided to lift the silence.

Anyways, I'll give him a perma. Even if the silence was improperly lifted, he should have known better than to act like this again. Additionally, Mr. Tea also banned him two weeks ago under similar circumstances. I'm fairly certain Bison would vouch for perma as he was the one who gave the green light on issuing it in case things like this happened.
