As i turned my computer on i first downloaded fraps(my steam dont start automatically) after that i start fraps open steam, open css, joined the server then an error pops out from fraps so i just closed it temporarily, then go back to css again and saw the "u were banned" message. but i dont think fraps made me ban because i also tried it from other servers and nothing happened. i really have no idea what made me banned.

Otherwise your name doesn't appear on the wL ban list. Unless you used some alias i dont know of.

Here's his sourcebans info.
Seems he was last banned for a day on September 8th for abusing block, but also got picked up today for ban evasion. I'm not sure what triggered it.
Sorry for the trouble khairo, but please wait until one of the roots can look into this.

this is my brother's account. he used this account before with cracked steam
and used cheats and got banned on wl servers.
