well not exactly 45 degrees you can spin around and have fun.

If you are on your own server. console
v_airaccelerate 200, sv_enablebunnyhop 1
In air. you move your mouse to left, in the mean time you press A key
In other words, you press a key and turn left at the same time
If you don't get it. It's fine, even I didn't get it when i was trying to bhop.
Maybe I can edit my guide a little so it helps more
