have you tried googling the problem? I found the ports you need forwarded here: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/sh...?t=2232017. but it also looks like in that topic it may be the router itself and not your pc/internet providor. if it happens to be the router itself you may need to buy a new one completely

i have windows 7 home premium 64 bit becoz i have 4 gb ram and i already forwarded ports nothing happens.
Still not fixed. pls help !!!!
