Battlefield 3 alone is 39.99$, Battlefield 3 with Premium is 49.99$, Premium alone is 49.99$ you do the math on which one to buy.

Edit;

Each DLC is 14.99$ alone, I'm personally doing it that way on PS3 because I don't feel like spending 49.99$ for DLC's that I already have

Buy it off of GreenManGaming, they have it on sale for a good amount of time over the past few weeks.
