hello guys, I need a software to block downloading of files in windows xp.
or is there any other method to prevent people from downloading a hack software?

Scan your computer, there's so many viruses that downloads unknown programs.

First of all you should delete other browsers except Windows Internet Explorer. This is the method only applicable to Windows Internet Explorer. Do this to disable downloads from Windows Internet Explorer:

Go to Tool/Internet Options in Internet Explorer.
Choose the Security tab.
Make sure "Internet" icon is highlighted.
Click on the Custome Level button.
Scroll down until you see the heading "Downloads" and then under "File Downloads" choose disable.
Click Ok.
Click Yes to the Warning prompt.
Click ok to Internet Options.

Try to download a file.

Hope the guys who come to your cafe for playing don't know how to enable download again.
And last thing, download a Anti-Virus.
