Most Useful language to learn?

Ok, so I am planning to learn my 5th language because in about a year or so, i will be doing jap test...
I'm thinking of Russian, German, or French... Which one is the most useful?

Russian or French.
French due to the wide reach of the latin base languages could be helpful in the future.

Or Russian, in case their military wants to start an open war again like the good old days! Also good because of the base it has in slavic languages! :p

I'd say French or Spanish, I'd go with French over Spanish though,

I agree french.
I am learning french because i live in Canada and it is really useful to learn it when you live in Canada.
That would be my 3rd language i know. the other ones are Urdu/Hindi and English

Esperanto! The language of the future.
Ghiscari and Skroth are also good choices.

spanish....it is spoken in many countries in the world...not only in europe...in other parts of the world too!!
