Hi there, my friend is wondering why his overall-stats (including rankings) keeps resetting? He now has many non-steam account upon searching it in gameme. however, he does not change his connection nor his computer. Player name "xtp"

He has this account for a long time STEAM_0:0:877020354 but after the recent update, a new account seems to pop-up every time he connects,

i guess he needs to download newer version of game (v 75) and update it with v76 patch
