Are you planning to overclock this CPU heavily? Otherwise a liquid CPU cooler is a bit over the top. You could either just go for a aftermarket heatsink w/fan or just use the stock cooler that comes with it.

The other thing is the soundcard. Most motherboards come with onboard audio and the motherboard you picked has "WORLD'S BEST ONBOARD HI-FI GAMING AUDIO". So would the soundcard really be needed?

I really am not planning to.  My dilemma is her homework specified to build ULTIMATE GAMING pc on the GAMES you use it for, She probably isnt banking on the fact that i play an outdated game. Are you sure the soundboard was there? let me check that

YUP.. i did put in cheap monitor since I already overspend.... so thanks for the tip... I might do the changes you guys specified. I will tone it down JUST a little bit on cooling and maybe processor
