Is this him? He gets banned for cheating, buys new Steam account to play again, and then gets it banned too.
I find it funny you willingly brought him up because the circumstances of this ban, your vac ban, and now your self-admitted affiliation with habitual cheaters has made you "High Risk" and has guaranteed this ban will never be removed.
