The existing plugin already deals with that circumstance. It removes the awp on the ground just as you step on it and right before you ever pick it up. You don't get any money from doing this.
Oh wait, if you're referring to if no one else on your team has the awp, then yes. If you're on the losing team and you're allowed to pick up the awp, you'd get a hefty $4,750 in your pocket which will effectively pull you out of bankruptcy.
