Neil Peart is one of the all time greatest.

I haven't heard any other drummer that compares.

He's an off-beat genius. For those of you that are not familiar with Rush, listen to a couple of their songs and pay close attention to how the drummer plays in an off-beat fashion.

Another side note: Rush is one of the few great 3 person bands.
