I don't find the team switch plug in an issue. But the map vote part can be irritating at times.

Suggestion 3 sounds good if it's possible. Otherwise, just initiate the map vote much earlier in the game.like after pistol round.

Current team switch plug in is stackers friendly.

It's just that I have not seen anyone abuse it. I have seen multiple players quit the server after switching a stacked side. But if anyone else find it an issue as you do it'd gain some support.
