I don't find the team switch plug in an issue. But the map vote part can be irritating at times.

Suggestion 3 sounds good if it's possible. Otherwise, just initiate the map vote much earlier in the game.like after pistol round.

Current team switch plug in is stackers friendly.

It's just that I have not seen anyone abuse it. I have seen multiple players quit the server after switching a stacked side. But if anyone else find it an issue as you do it'd gain some support.

You don't get what I'm saying. I am not against team switching plug-in, it helps a lot. I am trying to convince Bison to adjust better timing for it, because there is still room available for team stackers to stack the most of popular maps server even with this plug-in and without switching to another team after plug-in switched both teams.

Suggestion 1:
I changed the division function. I think it'll be more likely to switch near the half.

I'll have to edit the sourcecode to do this. I'll do it sometime later.

Suggestion 3:
I don't think this is possible. I could experiment a bit, but iirc the menus are extremely limiting in options.
