Not worth it who ever made this offer is stupid I dont think anyone will buy it but even if someone buys it he will be more stupid with this money you can build a villa with pool or a small water park in the back yard and still have more money to spare, but i guess its expensive cause of the view

With that money, I'd rather buy cozy houses/apartments all around the world.

I'd probably be travelling around the world instead of staying at a spot. Don't need such a big house unless you're a show off.
