Good Css Server host?

I want to start a server of my own but i cant seem to find any that allow me to nonsteam it? Does any one know of a windows or linux host that allows nonsteaming, like WL servers?

We use dedicated servers. I'm not aware of any game server providers which allow NoSteam.
