JoKrzZ Ban appeal *No Reason*

Hi, my friend has only just got css. And we were playing last night, on 24/7 Deathmatcch on crackhouse.
And for some reason My friend JoKrzZ has been banned for no reason? He gets into spectator mode and recieves "You have been banned from this server". Here is a screenshot of him spectating me.

Fuzzy, i'm aware of that. At the moment he is a nosteam player. He will be buying css soon. So i assume its an IP ban?

Nonsteam players still have a Steam ID

Once he buys CSS he needs to make a thread telling us his new STEAM ID and his old and his IP ban will be removed.
