What's not fair?

He got banned and bought another copy of CS:S to get around it. However, it was instantly banned (ban evasion) because he didn't inform us beforehand. He didn't cheat on the new account.

I told you to do the exact same thing:

We do not normally unban no-steam players over legitimate bans. So if you want to play here, you will need to buy the game. This can be done either through steam or locally at Musicland & landmark.

I think you are mistaken. Anyway:

Additionally, the following rules should be followed at all times:

1. Do not be provocative, disrespectful, or abusive.
   
2. Do not create more than one ban appeal for each ban.
   -> If your ban appeal gets rejected, you may not create another ban appeal for that ban.

You know , if you keep doing this you will annoy the Mods . And you'll get yourself banned from the forum (which give you no chance to appeal again)
