The firewall is disabled on your router, which means it's something on your computer blocking it. I really need a traceroute to take this further with our datacenter.

Hi Minion,

Softlayer is blaming it on your ISP. In your traceroute it looks like your ISP is sending it to peering in Hong Kong first instead of peering at Equinix in Singapore to get to Softlayers network. You should try contacting your ISP again and try explain this to someone that will understand.

If your ISP needs to do any testing on our side I can do some traceroutes from our server or they can use Softlayers looking glass http://lg.softlayer.com/.

I will keep trying to talk to Softlayer as they directly peer with Telekom Malaysia and might be able to talk to someone there.

Dear Matt,

Finally after 2nd report to ISP, someone finally call me and again no issue from their side. However, they requested from server side to give the ping/trace route result from server side(119.81.28.242) to my ip address. I will pm you my ip address & hope can get result immediately.

Thanks Matt.

Looks like bad routing on both sides, but I think the common denominator is pldt.net. Telstra is going via Hong Kong to get to pldt.net (Softlayer SNG -> Telstra SNG -> Telstra HK -> pldt.net) and in yours pldt.net is going to the US by NTT.
