Sir ruplayer, try installing steam and non steam cs in separate partition if you do have..i mean steam in drive c and non steam in drive d for example. Thats my set up. And also re BO, if u have updated to the newest patch, pls try the patch prior to the new one..try if it will help..thanks

Ok, thanks sir=) BO automatically patched itself when I just installed it, so it's up to date.. CSS installed on d, BO on c. I'm now 80% sure that I need to forward ports... Also,
1) I saw a lot of people post topics about low amount of servers in server browser in css.(not just me)

2) It sounds stupid, but sometimes I lag so bad with 20-25 ping....And I know it's not just me too...

Thats probably a server problem, and if not, your computer is having issues. lol.

Ok, when I plug my phone and tether with 3g it shows me  5000+ servers, when I connect my home wi-fi its 0-10 servers. I forwarded ports needed for steam and blackops. Did not help, there is no OPEN NAT option at all... I'm gonna buy another newer router, fuck it...

Did you try connecting to one of the 5,000 and see if you get the "STEAM VALIDATION REJECTED" error?

in css, yeah 90% of them give me this error, but I don't need more server for css, I got warlords in favorites... blackops - I bought it, so there is no steam errors at all, I run it on steam.

If they are giving you that error, it means those servers aren't patched for non-steam. For some reason, when you are using 3G, CS:S isn't using the setti Masterservers.vdf file. Make sure that you do not run Counter-Strike: Source while you have steam on. That is extremely important.

Lol if steam is on css doesn't even launch, I think it says: "no validation to run hl2" or something like this

no, never tried, but it has nothing to do with software on my laptop, it's router problem, otherwise it wouldn't be working with 3g tethering too...

Almost sounds like a routing problem assuming the port forwards are working properly. Verified that UPnP is enabled on the router? Also, what ISP?
