She might be nosteam?

In the picture you can see that Steam is open :p but css is not o_O

I realised that, i was assuming she might have steam, But nosteam css.

For next time, F12 (default screenshot button) and upload them here. I will need to run them through a translator (as his/her chat logs are not in English) Also make sure to take plenty of them if that player keeps changing nick names to harass you.

We will try to get this sorted for you.

Try this: after taking screenshot by pressing F12 open your your screeenshot library or go to F:\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\screenshots and upload the particular screenshot in tinypic.com ....and post the link of the screenshot or forum code given by the site here.
