If I'm not mistaken, the gameme page takes your Steam account's profile picture.

How To Get A Picture On GameMe:

Requirements:
  • A Steam Account That Isnt VAC Banned
  • A Copy Of CSS [Counter-Strike: Source On Said Steam Account]
How To Activate The Picture On GameMe:
  • Set Steam Account Profile Picture To Desired Photo
  • Play Atleast One Hour On Our Servers To Ensure It Changes, If It Doesn't, Change Name For A Bit.
"I Don't Own CSS Or A Steam Account"
Then you can't set it! Sorry!
