Denied  instant ban after join

i just installed css and joined your server and got instantly banned for 'SMAC 0.8.6.0 : Eye test violation'. is it because im using non steam??? this is the only server that has low ping. please help!!  Sad

i didnt see the ban appeal guideline so here this the full one:

The ban is valid and will not be removed.
