Suppose i have purchased cs source from steam ,,then how come im sure that i wont be banned again and how to prove that i have purchased a legal copy from steam

No, just post your NEW steam id here, if you join before they can do anything about it you'll get banned automatically, isp have nothing to do with it.

I think the ban has something to do with IP ADDRESS cause i tried to connect to the server in my friends laptop using my net ,it too got banned  and i dont know why?
