Yesterday I downloaded a GUI/HUD from gamebanana and installed it.
Apparently, that thing messed up everything in my game.

Can see Options/Servers/Create a sever or even the console.

Anyone has any idea how to fix it? I mean without having to uninstall and install it again.

Without uninstalling you gonna have to manually check each individual file and remove them yourself. Then verify game files.

Thats why you have to verify the files after you're done.

You've misunderstood the instructions if you feel like re-installing the damn game. There's no need to overwrite anything remember?
