The chat is just typical shit talking. However, the name change history looks like an attempt to bypass !ignores. I went ahead and locked his name. If he's annoying you, then !ignore him. Anyone with 5 !ignores against or for someone playing will be unable to join the server until it's below that threshold.

Is it possible to be able to set a time limit to the name change thing,similar to how the ban periods are.
