I have reviewed 3 demos of this guy so far, none of which are conclusive.  He does have a 1.6-like recoil compensation on rifles that may look like anti-recoil to an inexperienced eye.  However, with this specific demo, I don't see anything suspicious.

Yes, the Bieber reference makes you look like a troll from the start.  So, you're kind of putting an unnecessary target on your back.  I suggest that you change your name to something that attracts less, potentially negative attention if you want to increase your chances of staying in the server - meaning not by voteban nor from a new admin.
