So I was watching him for a good 10 min, it was really hard to catch him, he was toggling all the time. And I got only one suspicious kill here, I think he turns on aimbot like every 4-5 min for 5-10 sec...

I don't think it’s enough to ban for... I'd like to see how he does when facing 2 guys at the same time... That could have just been a lucky spray as the guy died before his crosshair was even near him.

Leave the server, change your name to something inconspicuous and then re-enter the server and stay in spectator and start to record next time.

He didn't run, he crouched, and his aim jumped on enemies hand after shot, and it was his first shot(first shot usually is more accurate than next shots). And his next few shots didn't have recoil, just watch details!

No, he does't know I'm admin, he just played for 10 minutes and left, and I recorded last 4 minutes of his gameplay, and got only this episode, because he was really careful about cheats.

Im no pro at catching hackers, but it looks like it was an aimbot, imo. As for no-recoil... It seems hard to tell, but Id think yes. Seemed like no recoil, to me at least.
