The quality of this video makes it virtually impossible to make sense of what is going on. And how does a tilted screen equal a hack?

If the screen is tilted only a little in a certain direction then its probably because of a bug that occurs when spectating players. Hackers typically have their screen completely upside-down or periodically tilting every which way.

welll out of the 5 or 6 rounds i was recording this was the only round that was here i saw a few other screens slightly but they went back to  normal his stayed the same through out the match so my first geuss is hacking plus his screen was at a 90% angle the hole game

the video was unclear so I reckon no one actually saw what happened. The tilted screen is a bug, I have came across it before.

I can see the tilt but I can't tell if it a glitch or not based on the crappiness of the vid. I've never seen an aimbot that looked like that though.
