What do you think of marijuana? do you for it or against it? for me i am for it and always will be for it. here are some facts.

1st fact:

The government made it against the law to Grow it,because they thought it would threaten the Paper industries with hemp.

3rd fact:
Marijuana has not killed one person or been a Modem for crime.

4th fact:
Marijuana has NO affects on a persons mental OR philosophical  health

5th fact:
In the untied states constitution it states:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." that means under constitution we are alowed to do whatever the people want to do IF it is not stepping on some ones rights.

I agree with you Dreams!!...Marijuana is a great medication. I remember reading an Article about Marijuana and drinking alcohol. The study said that when a user was to just drink alcohol it affected 7 parts of the brain, but when you smoked marijuana(or just ha THC in your system) the alcohol only affected one part of the brain. Not only that but their has been some studies out of University of California, Berkeley that is proving that THC is effecting Cancers in such a way that the life of the cancer cells are cut in half.

Not only this but the US government in 1937 didn't allow a single marijuana advocate in the court room during the trials that made marijuana illegal. wtf is with that!!! Now the Obama Admin has lied but saying that they are not going to be enforce marijuana laws on states that have passed Props like prop215 to allows us Safe access to Marijuana,but then just last week they decided to make it the highest priority. The Government just need to leave the states to govern themselves with there own laws.

I love weed. Smoke weed every day. Makes me feel good, makes everything feel more awesome in life. I can't say I've ever had any bad experience with weed. All those people that claim that they've gone crazy on weed and done mad stuff were probably spiked with angeldust.

Pharmaceutical companies pay good money to see marijuana remain illegal. If there was a readily obtainable free alternative to their products they would lose untold sums of money. Damn corporatism.

Dreams, where is your evidence for "fact 1"?

Regarding "fact 3" it might not be the sole cause of deaths, but in many cases it has been a contributing factor (e.g. car accidents while heavily under the influence of cannabis).

"fact 4" is both ignorant and completely untrue, if marijuana had no effect on your brain, you wouldn't feel mentally/psychologically different when you used it.

"fact 5" is true, but many people (politicians or others) believe that the legalization of cannabis would have a negative influence on their society.

His fact 3 is very true...and there has never been a studies to prove that marijuana smokers that driver while high are more likely to get into accidents. Way more people die from drinking and driving, Over does on Pharmaceutical drugs, or die from smoking cigarets.

fact 4 - Marijuana does affect your brain, that's is why you feel high, no studies have found that marijuana has any LASTING affect on the Brain!!! that is what he meant! and the government has studies that they DON'T release b/c it doesn't coincide whit what they try to force everyone into believing...and we are not just having a convo whit a 13 year old....its on a public forum so its talking to everyone that want to read.

Marijuana Prohibition is just a waste of Federal tax dollars that we don't already have. So why waste the money on enforcing LAWS THAT Almost every AMERICAN HATES!!! We could give the money to schools and better educate kids to drive out economy.
