Sorry, But i honestly think that its a terrible idea.  Note all the people voting yes  havn't worked to get their rank up. Like, I'm fine if it resets once a year or something like that, every 6 months maybe. But that idea is something I will vote NO on AND I will protest agains't it loudly and publicly if it looks like it has a chance to pass. (This includes nude protests)
