Did you ever think that by the time an admin reads this post that this player might have left the game? The demo would have given us the ability to view it and ban him.

If there are no admins on, you still need to record a demo and submit it to us before we can ban.

Great, now since an admin wasn't around to ban him while he was playing, it means that he'll probably come back and hack on the servers some other day. If only we had a demo so that we could review it and confirm he was indeed hacking. That way we could ban him regardless of whether he was currently in the server. I mean, if we did that, than we wouldn't have to worry about him coming back, now would we?
