First I gave a warning to everyone on the server to stop using !block

Theres no point in that map where it is needed and the only reason you were doing it was to block all the players when they tried to make jumps or move ect.

Second I slayed a player for it.

Third I kicked a player for it.

Four I warned everyone that the next person to do it would get a ban.

You decided to test me.

You are banned.

No we don't. One person's offense can and will often serve as a warning to everyone on the server. The MOTD is also there - though it doesn't explicitly say, using !block in a disruptive manner is griefing and will result in punishment.

if you are caught abusing !block again, expect longer bans.

lol. I'll shorten ban to 12 hours from 24 hours. You don't seem too bad based on logs. Don't cause anymore problems as ban durations generally increment considerably per infraction.
