Your mistake : is on port 27016 not 27015

Well, I think that that server will become a scrim server, and they might make another for public, so let's wait for their response here!

The server seemed to have crashed on 4/16 with the error, "FATAL ERROR (shutting down): WARNING: couldn't open itsitaly.wad." I wasn't really keeping an eye on it.  :-\

Anyway, the port is actually 27015 and not 27016 which is the css scrim server. Also, w4rkr4f7 can you verify the non-steam is working on the 1.6 server? I don't have the non-steam 1.6 client so I can never be too sure.  :-X
