So i was banned for bunny hopping in your server, understandable. So i bought another steam account, and when connected it still says i was banned for bunnyhopping. I was told since i was banned if i buy a new steam account, it would be all gravy. Please help. i didnt want to waste money for nothing.

When you buy a new steam account after being banned, you need to let the root admins know about it prior to connecting with the new account.

Please wait for one of the root admins to respond with the resolution.

Just be patient. You can also add the root admins, I suggest Bison because he's nice, and talk to him.
