Of course it's up to Matt, Bisons, and Anubis to fix anything with the server, but that doesn't mean you have to be the voice of authority here.

I'm pretty in favor for vicinity spawning, it adds the dynamic play of random spawning while being less annoying. However there is no public plugin for this and will need to be made.

Maybe you could contact the HG root admins for their plugin and trade one of our plugins for it or something ? haha. Then make changes to it as we see fit.
