The machine hosting your service has stopped responding properly. We are attempting to reboot it and bring things back online. Update @ 6:22pm CST: The motherboard has failed in your machine. As a result of this, we are having to move its drives to another machine in Chicago. We have submitted the ticket to have an on-site engineer perform the swap and are awaiting its implementation.
