    guys i was searching ofr singapore servers in gametracker this server 203.175.172.114:27025 (i think its a steam server when i pinged it getting only 70 ms ping)

Obviously that server is routing good. In your searches did you find that other Singapore servers were also pinging high?

Maybe show them both of the traceroutes and ask them to prefer a similar AS-Path on our IP?
