Server Freezes just for 1 second at a time for extended periods of time

The servers at times have been experiencing a lag issue. it dose not seem to be connected with bandwidth. It will freeze then let you go and you will almost like warp to where you should of been without the freeze. its happened everyday for the past few days. all i can verify that its server wide. everyone was experiencing the same lag from the server.

What server is this? Server #1 has been up for nearly 12 days now, I wonder if it just needs a restart... [Image: getchart.php?img=serverload&id=d4d2abbf4...f7467ed3e1]

Does this happen for everyone as I have not noticed it on the other servers that I play on (3 through to 11).

And I thought it was because of my ISP! I always get that every 5 minutes on #1 and 2. But for Warcraft, not so often.

I've been experienced random lag spikes since early February. I've always attributed the spikes to my VPNs which are all fairly unstable anyways.  :'(

It might be that your hardware or internet can't handle the quantity of gamers in #1 and #2.

Still not experiencing this lag... Quite surprised considering I live in Australia and average 250ms latency.
