He's pretty brainless overall in terms of game knowledge, isn't familiar with most of the maps but somehow has fairly decent preaim. He's a position magician which is a classic wallhack trait, any half decent player with a modicum of awareness for detecting cheaters can tell this guy is odd.

This pug alone is conclusive, appears to be using aim/wallhack.
