It has to include broodwar....because it has to be off the download.  remember not to try to use it on the cd because it will get you IP banned. make sure you read the givaway carefully before trying to use it, cause it would be a real waste for bison to go through all that trouble just to get a key banned

Yes, both the game and the expansion are both in the download. You wont need a CD/DVD or anything like that to play, however, if you don't want to download the install files every time you reinstall, I'd suggest backing them up and storing them on a DVD or flash drive.
