You're more than welcome to make a new topic in one of the general chat areas. The forums are here for all of us to enjoy ourselves. What you shouldn't do is make a reply in a topic that is labeled "we need more admins in X server" saying something like I'll p0wn you! Ur a total nUb.

So please make a new topic if that is what you want to talk about and keep it on the topic. Don't go into a topic and post some rando off topic comment.
