Could be, but when he seemed to imply that Twilight is actually a half decent movie/franchise, I had to look at his profile to make sure it was really a 15 year old girl.  Seeing that he's allegedly a 17 year old male, I figured he hasn't seen many good movies more than a few years old, hence my suggestion of Serenity.

Also from 2005, Sin City... I'm so annoyed that Rodriguez/Miller have taken so long to make the next one or two.  They're basically already written, since it's based on the graphic novel by Miller and they actually use the pages for storyboards... also for the 1st they barely even used sets, and nothing on location, in some cases two characters interact without the actors having met... blah.

Anyways Memento was a great movie.
I recently watched Sourcecode and Real Steel.
Good movies.

Sourcecode, Thor, Tron, Alice in wonderland, lord of the rings...old but great, Hanna 2011, I am number 4, The road, Костяника. Время лета...russian but great.
