I don't think we should treat "psychopaths" the same way we treat sane and normal people.

We should neither pity nor make jokes at them. It is extremely difficult for them to be rehabilitated. The best solution is to avoid.

There have been numerous, intensive programs designed to rehabilitate incarcerated psychopaths, and according to Dr. Hare, no program has yet proven to be effective. He notes that, in many cases, therapy can even help psychopaths hone their manipulative skills. His recommendation -- we all should educate ourselves about psychopaths in order to better recognize and avoid these predators (Black 1999, Hare 1999).

No, they need to be removed from society. It's not even about punishment imo.

Well, many people believe that if you're born a certain way, and you can't voluntarily change it, then you're guiltless.

They should be isolated from society, but given reasonable accommodations. You can't blame them anymore than you can blame a wild animal.
