There's nothing against the rules with the spray.

The Freak issue is also slightly different as Freak tends to troll&fight&micspam a lot as well and has a number of issues and complaints under his belt as well.

It's clearly an inappropriate spray and it's also harassment.

Just because Freak can be an asshole and someone retaliated doesn't mean the rules are any less broken when he's the target.

In his defense, I don't think Freak is a bad guy. He's always been pretty jovial and friendly with me and others in the server. Yeah, he talks shit and bad mouths assholes, but if you can laugh at yourself, he's harmless. Regardless, Freak didn't make the complaint about Highcrime's spray, I did because I think it was going way beyond joking around and was certainly trying to escalate things.

I have not seen that spray but does it have any of the content in bold?

Honestly, harassment on the internet?Especially on CSS? I would think that only highschool girls on Facebook would be affected by that.

Most of us are come to our mid to late 20s here. I'm sure most of the players,including Freak would know how to deal with this situation without much drama.

Frankly, from what I've seen, the Spray isn't inappropriate. They don't violate the rules we specified.

Freak also instigates a lot of things that you may not see. He talks shit about many people, not just the assholes. He curses out and rants against other players without merit including admins. I've seen a lot of micspam by him, not to mention other minor & major rule infractions.
