Nah he's probably saying "Right..." because you obviously bumped your thread as you are eager to receive a response to your 4 page application and attempted to hide the fact by saying you are "patiently waiting". If you were actually patiently waiting you wouldn't have bumped an already beyond well-noticed thread (read 1327 times).
