been training awhile to do this.

finally did it.

I only counted those I thought Captain Tea would approve, so it should be 14.

I think you are ready for the weight vest pull ups. Resistance training.

yeah cucu i'm starting on it.

last I did was 22lbs 8 reps. Slowly adding weight.
be the best version of yourself, that's all you can do.

Sweet! I am at 44 right now 6 reps x 3 set. I usually go up about 4 lbs every3 weeks. Goal is to max out my weight vest which currently tops at 60lbs and stay there for a few months before moving on.
