This particular ban cannot be triggered via spamming scroll wheel. You were certainly running an external cheat or injected dll. After the second ban on our servers, we do not allow ban evasion (purchasing a new account to get around bans).

Cheats are for suckers... I play chess online, and some kids drop the game if I'm black, and when i'm white they use external chess software where they input my moves and get response from computer. When they cheat, they don't fool people who they play with, they fool themselves. How do I know, it's simple I have 1500 rating on fics, kid joins with rating 1100, his records show that he lost to people with 1100-1200, and then all of a sudden all his moves are perfect and take no longer than 5 second. If I wanted to play with computer, I would play microsoft chess application on high difficulty.
